1. Written request for Vehicle should accompany 50% of the total cost, rest 50% to be paid before the tour finished.
2. Please make payment cash.

• You can pay Car booking and rent a car bill through Dutch Bangla bank Ltd and bkash , Ucash , DBBL cash , direct office and Representative of Seven Rent car .

• Duration: Per day vehicle will run up to 10 hours (8.00am to 6.00pm) & additional per hour of use extra charges will be considered as price chart.
• Fuel: Per day vehicle will run up to 60 km for inside Dhaka 100 km for outside Dhaka and for additional per km of use extra charges will be considered as price chart.
• Driver Tour Allowance: If the client take vehicle outside of Dhaka an additional tour allowance will have to be paid by user & after reaching to the destination the renter will take the responsibility for the safety and security of the vehicle.
• Extra charges: Rental rates are excluding all local VAT and taxes.
• Belongings of Passenger: The vehicle will carry only the Passengers & their Luggage and will not carry any Contraband Items, heavy materials or Oily/Dirty things.
• Unable to Comply Services: During general strike days and movement to political meetting places.
• Cars must not be taken outside the country of rental.
• The vehicle can only be driven within the region of wide Road .
• Eid festival will be Extra 30% Payable.

Booking:-

1. Booking will be done by E-mail or mobile call and payment cash at office or Bank Account or Bkash , DBBL Cash or U Cash.
2. Your request should include the following information: • Route • Date of departure. • Time of departure. • Passenger list (if passenger list include foreigners, their nationality, passport number, validity of passport to be mentioned) with occupation, address and telephone numbers.

Cancellation:-

1. Within 24 hours before the reporting time schedule - forfeiture of 10% of total cost.
2. Within 12 hours before the reporting time schedule - forfeiture of 30% of total cost.
3. Please try to conform booking minimum 3 days before.

The normal mechanical wear and tear on the vehicle is assumed by Seven Rent a Car . Service includes:

• Hourly and Daily basis car rental.
• Monthly and yearly basis rental on discount price for long term.
• Pick & Drop service for school and office.
• Airport Pick-up service - We'll pick you up from the arrival lounge inside the airport, will wait there with a sign in your name.
• Taxi Service to drop anywhere in the country.
• Event Management - Can provide all the cars needed for any big event .
